  • “Cheeky London” is a dual-event showcase by Cheeky and Tradestars at London Design Festival 2025, each with its own vibe:

    • CHEEKY OPEN LAB (Southwark)

      A festival-style fair buzzing with experimental art, design and craft—complete with hands-on workshops, live performances and food stalls.

    • CHEEKY LAUNCHPAD (Islington)

      An art exhibition spotlighting fine art and conceptual visual works in a sleek, gallery environment. (Details coming soon.)

  • 📣 Results Announcement: Tuesday, 15 July 2025
    Selected participants will receive an individual email notification. Public announcements will be made via our website.

  • Unfortunately not. Each booth is assigned to one participant only and cannot be shared.

  • No. you don’t have to participate on all event days. Presence for the entire event duration (13–21 Sept) is not required. Join only the days you choose.

    Just keep At least one staff member must be at the booth during open hours for exhibition/sales.

  • Participants are responsible for all shipping, installation, and removal costs.
    However, Cheeky Studio will provide:

    • Shared loading access

    • Basic on-site installation support

    • A detailed setup/teardown schedule

    • Before 1 August 2025 → 50% refund

    • After 1 August 2025 → No refund

    (All cancellations must be requested via email.)

  • Yes! Selling your work (prints, zines, merchandise, etc.) is highly encouraged.
    Please ensure all items are clearly priced and follow UK trading regulations.

  • Limited shared storage is available upon request.
    Participants are responsible for the security of their belongings overnight.

    • Power access: Provided per booth

    • Wi-Fi: Shared access available, but we recommend bringing your own mobile hotspot for reliability

  • Yes. An official invoice or receipt will be issued upon confirmation of participation and payment.
