Turn a blank Zone 1 studio into your creative lab — for nine whole days.
This September, Tradestars Southwark (floors 2–4) will open its doors to pop-ups, pop-up galleries, live art, and experimental retail. Bring your own set-up, make the space your own, and let your ideas take over.
Dates: 13–21 Sept 2025, 10 am–5 pm daily
Spaces: 10 studios only — first come, first served (£50 deposit)
Included: Power socket & Wi-Fi • shared toilets, showers, sink & lounge
Not included: Furniture — bring your own tables, chairs, rails etc
Not allowed: Cooking, wall drilling, spray paint, high-heat devices
3. Sizes & fees (full 9 days)
S: 96–160 sq ft / £300
M: 160–250 sq ft / £500
L: 250 sq ft+ / £700
Exact units selected during the post-25 Aug viewing day, in deposit order.
4. How to apply
Complete the application form and pay the £50 deposit.
The first 10 payments secure a space (confirmation email will follow).
After 25 Aug, book a 30-minute viewing slot to choose your studio.
Pay the balance to confirm your booking.
